Onboarding [new members]

Hi, friend! Welcome to Royal Guild. I'm genuinely sooo glad that you're here. Royal's been my home since September 2022. We've undergone a lot of different phases over the years and have merged with 2 different guilds in the last few years too – but the one thing that's always remained is that this guild is a community-first space. "When the guild/community thrives, so do we individually." It's a phrase that I've said in many different ways over the years, but the message has always remained the same – the community comes first. In this guild, we support each other. And while leadership isn't perfect in any way and membership interactions aren't always totally harmonious – at the end of the day, we can put things aside for the good of the community and we show up for each other and this community. I hope that you build new friendships and come to love this space as much as I have over the years.
